Personal Short-Term Insurance

Home, Vehicle & Personal Asset Cover

The everyday cover that keeps your life intact when something goes wrong — your home, your car, your contents. Placed with Namibia's leading underwriters, managed end-to-end by us.

What is Home, Vehicle & Personal Asset Cover?

Short-term insurance is the cover most Namibians interact with most often — it's the policy you call about when your car is stolen, your home is broken into, or hail wrecks the roof. Unlike life cover, which pays out once at the end, short-term is renewed annually, so the price and quality of cover can change every year.

Our job is to make sure it stays right. We place your cover with the strongest underwriter for your profile, review it every renewal to keep it competitive, and — when something goes wrong — we run the claim for you. You don't fight a call centre. You call us.

Frequently asked questions

Why use a broker instead of going direct to an insurer?

Going direct gives you one insurer's pricing. A broker gives you the whole market's pricing — at no extra cost to you. We're paid by the insurer, not by you, but we work for you.

How often should I review my short-term cover?

Annually at minimum. Premiums creep up, contents values drift, and vehicle valuations drop. A 5-minute review can often save 15–30% — or upgrade your cover for the same premium.

My bank sells insurance with the bond. Do I have to use them?

No. The bank requires the home to be insured at replacement value — but you're free to place that cover with any registered Namibian insurer. We almost always find better terms than bank-bundled policies.

How fast do claims pay out?

Standard motor and home claims usually settle within 7–14 working days from full submission. We handle the submission for you and chase the insurer until it pays.
