Investments & Retirement

Build wealth that lasts and retire on your own terms — portfolio advice, retirement annuities, and financial strategy from an independent NAMFISA-authorised broker who isn't tied to any single product provider.

What is Investments & Retirement?

Investing in Namibia means navigating multiple unit trust managers, retirement annuity providers, and offshore vehicles — each with their own fees, mandates, and tax implications. Most clients we meet are in products they don't fully understand, paying fees they never see itemised.

Our role is to clear that up. We compare what's available across the Namibian market, model out what your portfolio actually nets you after fees and tax, and structure investments around the life you're trying to build — not around what pays the highest commission.

Who is this for?

  • Professionals starting to plan for retirement
  • Business owners with surplus cash to deploy
  • Families saving for education or property
  • Investors wanting to consolidate scattered policies
  • Anyone holding a 30-year-old endowment they've never reviewed

Frequently asked questions

How are you different from a financial advisor at a bank?

Bank advisors typically sell only their employer's products. We're independent NAMFISA-authorised brokers — we compare across the market and recommend what fits, regardless of provider.

What's the minimum investment amount?

There's no fixed minimum on our side. The relevant minimums come from the underlying providers — most Namibian unit trusts start at N$500 per month or N$10,000 lump sum.

Do you charge fees on top of product fees?

We earn a brokerage from the providers we place business with — fully disclosed up-front. We don't charge separate advice fees on standard portfolios.

Can you help with offshore investments from Namibia?

Yes — we structure offshore exposure through compliant Namibian feeder funds and discretionary mandates. We handle the regulatory side end-to-end.
